Jerry at JB Rooter and Plumbing has helped me with a variety of plumbing needs over the years, both big and small. He moved my trash compactor in the kitchen sink and replaced a galvanized pipe in my garage. Most recently, I called him for advice on some repairs related to my bathroom leakage. He asked for pictures and advised me to get the grouting and sealing of the tiles done. Jerry is always willing to go the extra mile to help his customers. He's a great plumber and his prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a reliable and trustworthy plumber.

Our tenant in San Jose called and told us her toilet was clogged up. After calling several places Jerry was the first to answer the phone so I took the chance with him as I wanted to resolve the problem asap. We set up an appointment within two hours. Jerry explained the process and was willing to work with the tenant and her schedule. When the problem became more apparently, Jerry communicated with me about the new work requirement and pricing clearly. I missed several of his calls and it was a good thing he was still able to complete the repair after I called him back. He's now my go to plumber.

Reached out to Jerry on a late Sunday afternoon and he immediately picked up my call after no response from two other businesses. Discussed my problem (minor leak under the bathroom sink ) and he was able to come out the very next day to take a look at it. We discussed and agreed on the work scope and I also added on extra job of connecting up my RO water line to fridge. He gave me a great discount and he came by the very next day with all the materials first thing in the morning to solve both my problems. I liked that he made it a point to wear boot covers when entering the house every time. After doing an excellent job, he made sure to leave the place neat and clean. Post the job, he sent a neat invoice listing everything so you can see what you’re paying for. It was very easy and straightforward dealing with Jerry and I plan to use his services again.

If you need something done the right way, Jerry is your guy. After the recent storms, Jerry helped solve a complex water line issue caused by a downed tree. He stayed until nearly 10 PM until there was a solution and patiently taught me the ins and outs so I could solve any issues that happen in the future. My only hesitation in posting this review is I don’t want him to be too busy if I ever need him to come back.

Jerry is very reliable, honest and friendly. I had gas leaks at two sites of my house, and he was able to reseal the pipes to fix the leaks. PG&E ran a test after and verified there was no more leak. One of the gas leaks was coming from behind my Viking stove/oven unit, and he was able to carefully pull it out without damaging my hardwood floors and then reseal the gas pipe behind it. He didn’t charge extra for multiple trips, great guy - I highly recommend him!

He went above and beyond to figure out what was happening with a fruit fly infestation after concluding that the drain cleaning that we called him for was not the cause of the issue.
